Atlas Copco releases new lighting towers
Three new money-saving, energy efficient lighting tower models added to the HiLight rangeAtlas Copco has announced the arrival of the HiLight B5+, H5+ and V5+ lighting towers in Australia, suitable for a wide range of applications including music and sporting events; residential construction; temporary public lighting and more.
The range is distributed in Australia by Redstar Equipment.
“Atlas Copco have really put their innovation stamp on LED technology,” says Redstar Equipment general manager, Richard Crowe.
“Atlas Copco’s HiLight lighting tower range offers flexible light options, robust build quality and a compact size for easy transportation.”
He adds Atlas Copco’s lighting towers can cover an area of up to 5000 sqm with a 20 lux brightness average for a brighter, safer site.
The HiLight B5+ can be transported easily and efficiently for use in most public places ie sporting venues, side of roads, construction sites etc.
“Twenty-two units (of the HiLight B5+) are able to fit in a 13m truck,” Crowe says.
The HiLight H5+ is a fuel efficient and compact trailer-mounted lighting tower.
“The H5+ offers best in-class fuel consumption, allowing longer run times between refuelling as well as long service intervals,” Crowe says. “Fuel consumption is only 0.5l/hr.”
The HiLight V5+ comes with a HardHat canopy as standard that offers maximum protection of internal parts.
“The V5+ is perfect for rental companies that are looking for robust and easy to transport lighting towers to match any site requirements,” Crowe says.
“It is a very fuel efficient machine using only 0.7 litres of fuel per hour.”
