Earthmoving attachment manufacturer, Auger Torque, has announced the launch of its new 100K Max Earth Drill in response to increasing market demand for a high torque drilling attachment.
The 100K Max Earth Drill has been engineered to work with excavators between 21 and 50 tonnes, and provides a whopping 100,000Nm of torque and 15RPM for applications including screw pile/anchor installation, large diameter drilling and core barreling.
Weighing just over one tonne, the drill offers the following features:

Auger Torque said the 100K Max has been put to the test in both wide and deep drilling applications and in harsh environments across Australia, UK, and South Africa.
Head of Auger Torque Australia, Kelvin Hamilton, said the company was getting more requests for a high torque earth drill at an optimal weight, particularly with the growing requirement in the market for screw piling and core barreling applications.
“We are extremely fortunate to have had the likes of Keller in the UK and Jordan Rail in Australia help us test the product and really put it through its paces," he said.
"This combined with rigorous factory testing we were able to ascertain how hard it can work and for how long and so we are confident in its capability and excited about the opportunities this presents."

The 100K Max is now available for pre-order at Auger Torque dealerships around Australia.
