DDT 2021: Kobelco SK380SRLC excavator launch and walkaround video
Kobelco's 37-tonne limited tail swing excavator was highly anticipated by customers, said NSW dealer, Sydney Trucks and Machinery CentreKobelco's latest excavator in the 35-tonne market segment is no ordinary machine. In fact, Kobelco said it is one of the largest excavators on the market with a short tailswing that enables it to work in tighter job sites.
Traditionally, only smaller machines can access tight work sites and they often do not possess the power and torque needed to get big jobs done, and conventional large excavators are simply too bulky to work safely in space restricted sites. Kobelco said its new SK380SRLC excavator solves that very problem.
We had a chat to NSW Kobelco dealership, Sydney Truck and Machinery Centre, at the Diesel Dirt and Turf expo earlier this year for the scoop on this unique machine.
