LiuGong is ramping up its Australian presence with three exclusive metropolitan dealerships opening under Construction Distribution Australia (CDA) in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Backed by the McIntosh Group, the new CDA dealerships at Wetherill Park (NSW), Truganina (VIC), and Wacol (QLD) mark a major step forward for LiuGong’s support in key civil, construction and mining markets along the eastern seaboard. They will complement LiuGong’s national network of around 80 regional dealers, parts depots and product support staff.
LiuGong Australia’s Liam McCormick said the move reflects the brand’s growing reputation and demand, particularly for its electric equipment.
“The CDA dealerships are in a very strong position to support the increasing demand for LiuGong’s electric range and it will be an exciting phase that will really drive the brand in the metropolitan and wider markets,” he said.
“CDA has extensive experience in sales and customer support. Service technicians and parts staff receive specialist LiuGong training on the full range of products, systems and technical data to ensure the highest levels of servicing and support.”
Each CDA site includes sales, service and parts facilities, with technicians on-hand for in-person support and on-road servicing. According to McCormick, the setup is already yielding benefits for owners who value local backup and faster parts delivery.
The new sites will also streamline machine allocation and optimise pre-delivery setups, enabling faster turnarounds and improved customer experience.
LiuGong has grown rapidly in Australia over the past two decades, becoming a leader in wheel loaders and expanding its presence across a wide product range, now including a growing line-up of electric machinery with over 90 models developed and 11 million operating hours globally.
