Multi-generational family-owned business Corbet’s Group is auctioning a wide range of its used equipment, giving anyone in the earthmoving, mining, and construction industries a chance to snap up some quality, well-maintained gear at an attractive price.

To be auctioned online next week by Pickles, there are 30 assets available in total, the list spanning earthmoving, crushing and screening equipment including Caterpillar graders and dozers, Volvo loaders, Bobcat skid steers, Caterpillar 740 dump trucks and water cart, Finlay and Powerscreen crushers and screens, excavators, rollers, and Caterpillar compactors.

Corbet’s Group runs its machinery for 8000 hours (or around three years) before trading the equipment in. Like many businesses, it’s endured a long wait for new equipment due to pandemic-related supply chain issues, but now the new gear is arriving it’s time to move on its excess fleet.

The online auction will open on Tuesday, October 31, at 10:00am AEST, with the highest bidder for each lot determined at the close of bidding on Thursday, November 2, at 6:00pm AEST.

Buyers can bid from anywhere in Australia via Pickles. Visit the auction’s web page on Pickles for more information.
