Major WA civil and mining auction announced

Manheim Industrial is gearing up for a significant Surplus Earthmoving, Civil & Mining auction commencing November 19, featuring approximately 150 lots of heavy machinery, trucks, trailers, generators, utes, buses and more, all consigned on behalf of J&K Civil Pty Ltd.

The equipment roster includes everything from heavy-duty dump trucks and landfill compactors to excavators, graders, bulldozers and front-end loaders.

Reputable industry brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Bomag, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Vawdrey and Volvo headline the sale, with assets ranging from older workhorses to units as new as 2024.

A mix of flat-top trailers, low loaders, tankers, light trucks, prime movers and water carts round out the broader transport offering, along with a batch of Toyota 4x4s and light buses.

Inspections will take place on November 24–25 at Verlort Drive, Muchea, located less than an hour north of Perth, with BBQ and refreshments provided for prospective buyers.

This auction comes as Manheim Industrial continues to see strong momentum across key asset classes, including civil, mining, transport, agricultural and plant equipment. In November 2025, the company is hosting more than 30 timed auctions nationwide, with well over 1000 assets consigned.

Ongoing investments in Western Australia and expanded advisory and insolvency capabilities are further strengthening the company’s national footprint heading into 2026.
