Since arriving in Australia in 2007, Victory has been providing the Australian market with affordable and reliable heavy equipment such as wheel loaders and forklifts.

Its VF forklift series ranges from 1.8 tonnes to seven tonnes in weight.

Its latest and most popular offering, the VF25D diesel forklift features a 55hp Perkins type diesel engine and is designed for outdoor applications such as loading and unloading of containers.

It comes with an automatic transmission and simple levers for lift, tilt, and side shift functions.

Local distributor Safelift Solutions Sales Manager, Luke Scott, says simplicity and affordability are key factors setting the range apart from others on the market.

"There's no fancy electronics, you do not need factory trained technicians to service the equipment. Any qualified mechanic can work on our equipment," he says.

Scott adds the lack of complicated controls also allow operators to get to work straightaway without having to fumble over electronics.

He says the quality of the forklifts speak for themselves.

"We've delivered in excess of 4500 units Australia wide - we've gone as far north as Christmas Island and south into Tasmania."

The 2500kg VF25D features a 4.5m three-stage container mast and is compact enough to fit through low doorways. Pneumatic tyres allow it to manoeuvre on gravel roads and rough terrain with ease.

Safelift also carries a range of petrol and gas forklift units for indoor work.

The VF25D retails at $16,000 plus GST, and comes with a two year or 2000 hour, manufacturer-backed warranty.

"It's an affordable, reliable, rugged piece of equipment. At that price point, why risk buying used?" Scott says.
