United Forklift sets up shop in SA

First branch in South Australia now open for business in Cavan, North Adelaide

Materials handling company United Forklift and Access Solutions now has its footprint all around the country with the recent opening of its first ever SA branch.

The new branch, located in Cavan, will support both existing and new customers throughout the state and will offer CAT forklifts, Konecranes container lift trucks and Haulotte access equipment.

“Our rental fleet has a major advantage in SA in that it is new from the ground up,” said United Forklift and Access Solutions SA branch manager, Mark Siebum.

“We have the best technology, the best brands and the best service backing. For both sale and rental, we have outstanding service resources with experienced industry professionals, some of whom have more than 20 years knowledge of key industries important to South Australia.”

Immediately after the branch opened, the team sold a CAT 2.5 LPG forklift to Auslift SA, which is a forklift and materials handling specialist whom United Forklifts said share the same customer service values as the business.

“We are a company that prides itself on building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with customers and suppliers, an advantage that was further recognised when we were crowned 2018 Rental Company of the Year by the Australian Hire and Rental Industry Association, HRIA,” Siebum said.

“In South Australia, we have the same service credentials that will serve our customers in the access equipment market, which includes industries such as construction and maintenance where delays are costly, and reliability is prized.

“And the same safety, reliability and environmental features that are valued by the access market, are also very important to SA forklift market sectors such as warehousing, transport, retail and food and beverage distribution.”

United Forklift and Access Solutions now operates in all states out of eight branches in total.
